HP88 PRO Wrapper Machine

A semi-automatic wrapper machine designed to wrap palletized loads with stretch film.

Following the principles of pallet wrapping safety and efficiency, Valgroup has developed the HP88 Pro, a semi-automatic wrapper machine with a film clamping and cutting system. This feature provides automated film cutting at the end of the wrapping process, and it clamps to the load at the start of the next cycle, increasing line productivity and the quality of film application.

The HP88 Pro wrapper can be purchased in the following versions:

With mechanical (SPM) or electronic (SPE) pre-stretching system
With a 750mm head and two motors
With activation on the panel by remote control or timer

Siemens PLC and 7” IHM Touchscreen
Capacity to produce up to 40 pallets/hour*;

* Depending on pallet size and wrapping recipe

Pre-stretching of up to 350% in the version with electronic head;
Intelligent film tightening system (final stretch up to 400%);
Storage of up to 10 recipes;
Capacity for loads of up to 2000 kg;
Usage control by username and password;
Carbon steel or stainless steel structure;
Cutting arm and clamp for clamping and cutting the film;
Machine operation by remote control;
